Open Question: Old cat lady needs help finding a shelter for her cats. HELP?!?!?!?

my grandma is 88 years old, she has a lot of cats, that people have dropped off. She is getting 3 Big bags of cat food for her cats a month. She doesn't need that many cats, and wants help getting them to a shelter, but she can't drive and i'm in California, and i don't have the money right now, to go back to WEST VIRGINIA. to take them to a shelter. does anyone know a shelter That will come to her house, and get most if not all the cats?
